WHAT YOU’LL DO

 

In this role, you will work closely with the procurement team to support and manage supplier relationships, with a primary focus on coordinating large project pricing. You will assist in the deal registration process for key projects, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions. Additionally, you will contribute to various reporting tasks, such as tracking supplier performance and project metrics, while also handling a range of administrative functions to support the overall efficiency of the department.

 

  • Collaborate with the procurement team to develop, update, and maintain supplier pricing agreements.
  • Coordinate and track supplier-related contracts in alignment with procurement and sales team goals.
  • Standardize and optimize the supplier deal registration process
  • Enter, track, and manage deal registrations in CRM, while monitoring expiry dates
  • Act as a liaison between suppliers, procurement, and sales to ensure smooth communication and execution.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the management team, including reporting, scheduling, and documentation.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate records of supplier programs and performance metrics.
  • Responsible for receiving of credits in payment of various supplier credits and rebates
  • Other duties assigned as needed

  • Ability to balance multiple tasks with changing priorities
  • Ability to work and think independently and ensuring to meet deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with discretion
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Must have clear and professional communication skills (written and oral) both internally and externally
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) with an emphasis on Excel reporting (pivot tables and formulas)
  • Ability to conduct and analyze financial calculations
  • Effective communication and interaction with employees, clients, and colleagues and the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrated customer service focus and client communication skills

 

Education and/or Experience:

  • Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
  • A four-year degree and/or minimum 1-2 years’ experience in Procurement in similar or related field (Construction, Audiovisual, Telecommunications) preferred
  • General knowledge of Operations and Procurement functions preferred
  • Experience operating in a multi-state and/or complex matrix business environment is desirable\
