Description

 

  • This position is mainly responsible for handling the day-to-day RMA activities.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Responsible for managing all day-to-day RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) activities 
  • Work with internal stakeholders and vendors regarding returns or DOA's / warranty exchanges to ensure a smooth and satisfactory resolution
  • Collaborate with vendors/manufacturers to obtain Return Merchandise Authorizations and ensure vendor credits are issued in a timely manner
  • Negotiate with vendor/manufacturers on call tags and waiving restocking fees
  • Resolve difficult issues related to miss/lost/damage with our vendors/manufacturers
  • Responsible for maintaining accurate records of all RMA transactions in our ERP system 
  • Follow up and resolve any issues related to our internal and external (vendor) return processes
  • The RMA Coordinator will work closely with our warehouses by providing all necessary documentation and instructions for return logistics
  • Other duties assigned as needed

    Skills and Abilities
  • Communicate and interact with internal employees clients and colleagues in a professional and timely manner
  • Self-starter capable of working independently and ensuring to meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to balance multiple tasks with changing priorities
  • Excellent structured problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrate time management skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to exercise solid judgment with sound problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word Excel Outlook)

    Education and/or Experience
  • Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Customer service preferably in AV/Video Teleconferencing Construction
  • Telecommunications or related field (preferred but not required)
