WHAT YOU’LL DO
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing a regional sales team of Account Managers targeting new business opportunities in the assigned region.
Drive sales growth by setting targets, forecasting revenue, and developing action plans for regions and territories
Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to stay competitive in the market
Represent the business at key industry events, conferences, and trade shows
Build and strengthen relationships with partners, consultants, and influencers to expand market reach
Monitor costs, competition, and supply to adjust pricing strategies as needed
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing regional sales team through recruiting, training, and coaching
Track, analyze, and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations to leadership
Stay current on industry trends through workshops, publications, and professional networks
Identify emerging markets and opportunities for growth
Travel to client, prospect, and project sites as required
